Your new role
Joining the Liverpool office, you will work nationally with the wider team on an interesting range of high profile and cutting edge planning matters. Your remit will be to develop the planning capability locally in Liverpool and across the surrounding area. The role will involve working closely with the planning team as well as real estate colleagues and you will play a key role in business development initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
You should be a planning lawyer operating at Legal Director or Partner level. You will have strong business development skills and the appetite to drive and build a planning practice. A following is attractive and will influence the remuneration package but is not essential.
