A Legal 500-listed Personal Injury team with an excellent reputation across the North West is seeking an RTA Litigation Fee Earner to join its expanding department.

This position would suit an NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner. You will be expected to hit the ground running, so need to have gained 2 years’ experience of dealing with litigated RTA claims and have previously worked on fast-track and multi-track matters. On top of your RTA files you will be dealing with a small amount of Complex Injury matters as well as LVI Fraud and MIB Claims.
This firm place client care as its number one priority, so this is not a ‘volume factory’ and you will be dealing with a reduced caseload in comparison with most Personal Injury firms.
A team of paralegals will provide support, enabling you to focus on the more complex and litigious files. Following significant funding over the past year, the firm has ambitious expansion plans, and this appointment will be one of the first within its Liverpool office, offering excellent scope for career development as the team grows.
Salary for this role ranges from £30-65k alongside an additional benefits package and bonus, for many fee earners exceeding £15k
