Personal Injury Solicitor

This leading specialist personal injury practice is seeking an experiencedsolicitor to take on a caseload of multitrack claimant cases. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm structured specifically to support high‑quality catastrophic injury work — not volume.

This role is home based, offers excellent benefits and a genuinely supportive culture, this role is ideal for an experienced Personal Injury lawyer who wants the autonomy, time, and resources to deliver exceptional long‑term outcomes for clients.

The Role

You will handle a portfolio of Personal Injury Multitrack claims  typically £50,000 to £150,000 in value. You’ll shape case strategy end‑to‑end, working closely with medical, rehabilitation, care, and financial experts to deliver first class results for your clients.

You will:

• Run your own caseload of personal injury files
• Deal with matters such as liability, quantum, rehabilitation and settlement
• Secure early interim payments and rehabilitation support for clients
• Work with a full network of specialists including counsel, case managers and medical experts

About You:

Solicitor or Legal Executive with c 8+ PQE

• Proven track record running Personal Injury claims 
• Excellent litigation skills and strong command of court processes
• High-level client care experience
