A great opportunity for a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE to join a busy litigation team handling a broad range of defender personal injury matters. This role offers exposure to high-quality work, a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop your advocacy and dispute resolution skills within a supportive environment.
What’s on offer?
The role
You’ll act for insurers, businesses and public sector clients in defending a range of personal injury claims, including employer’s liability, public liability, road traffic accident and industrial disease matters.
The role will involve managing your own caseload while also assisting on more complex and high-value disputes. You’ll handle litigation in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session, prepare legal documentation, provide strategic advice to clients and support matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
You’ll also have the opportunity to become involved in business development activities and help build and maintain client relationships.
