Title: RTA Litigation Paralegal
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 Days WFH)

An established national law firm is seeking an experienced Recoveries Litigation Fee Earner to join its busy and high performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fee earner to manage a high volume caseload of RTA recovery and uninsured losses recovery claims within a fast paced environment.

You will take ownership of a caseload of litigated RTA recovery matters, working to maximise recoveries while delivering high quality client service. The role offers autonomy, consistent workflow and fantastic progression opportunities.

About You

• Experience managing a caseload of RTA and/or uninsured losses recovery claims. 
• Demonstrable ability of handling a litigated caseload. 
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
