Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for client legal and innovation teamsPrepare analytics reports and distill complex platform insights into clear summariesDraft and distribute product release notes to clients and internal stakeholdersSupport the internal legal team with commercial contracts and corporate mattersParticipate in team meetings, product showcases, and training sessions
Requirements
Strong experience working with private investment funds, particularly MFNs and side lettersA genuine interest in how technology can streamline and elevate legal workflowsExcellent organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environmentConfidence and charisma when collaborating with both lawyers and developersCuriosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow with a scaling company
