Legal PA – Real Estate (2+ years’)

Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for your next opportunity within a highly regarded law firm in Edinburgh?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a busy group of fee earners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team, working in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.

The Role

As a Legal PA, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing proactive secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee earners
• Managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings and arranging travel
• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Assisting with billing, financial administration and matter management
• Supporting fee earners with client communication and business development activities
• Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and maintaining accurate records
• Building strong working relationships across the wider business to deliver an exceptional level of support

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently while supporting a wider team
• A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal systems
• A genuine commitment to delivering first-class client service
