Legal PA – Infrastructure

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join the Infrastructure team of a leading Scottish law firm in Edinburgh.

Supporting a busy team of fee earners, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, providing high-quality PA, secretarial and administrative support within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex diaries, inboxes, meetings and travel arrangements
• Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence and presentations
• Opening and closing client matters, carrying out conflict checks and preparing engagement documentation
• Managing billing processes, invoices, client purchase orders and fee portal submissions
• Supporting team meetings, taking minutes and coordinating follow-up actions
• Liaising with clients and internal departments including Finance, IT, Marketing and Facilities
• Maintaining accurate filing, document management and matter administration
• Providing wider support across the PA team as required

About You

You’ll be an organised and proactive PA with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience as a Legal PA or Executive Assistant
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and document management systems
• The ability to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively across teams
• Experience within the legal sector is advantageous but not essential
