Knowledge & Innovation Specialist | London
Ryder Reid Legal is working with a leading international law firm looking to recruit a Knowledge & Innovation Specialist into its London office on an initial FTC basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal or Knowledge professional who is particularly interested in AI, legal technology and innovation.
Working closely with senior members of the Knowledge & Innovation team, you’ll support a variety of projects aimed at improving how lawyers access knowledge, use technology and work more efficiently.
The role will include:
Supporting the development and testing of AI use cases and legal technology toolsTesting AI outputs, refining prompts and gathering feedback from usersSupporting legal tech pilots and vendor demonstrationsManaging and curating precedent and knowledge librariesAnalysing usage and adoption data across knowledge and AI platformsSupporting training and adoption of new technology across the London officeWorking with SharePoint, iManage and other knowledge platformsAbout you:
Ideally 2+ years experience as a Paralegal or in a Knowledge/Innovation roleA law degree or strong legal backgroundGenuine interest in Generative AI and legal technologyExcellent attention to detail and project management skillsExperience with SharePoint/iManage would be advantageousComfortable working with data and ExcelThis is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to move beyond a traditional paralegal role and build their experience at the intersection of law, AI, knowledge and innovation.
