A leading commercial insurance practice is expanding and is keen to recruit a Property Damage Solicitor to join its London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, complex disputes for a prestigious client base while enjoying genuine flexibility and career progression.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of property-related insurance disputes, with exposure to:

• Property Damage Claims
• Product Liability
• Policy Coverage disputes
• Subrogated Recoveries

Alongside running your own files, you’ll play a key role in supporting junior colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ PQE in Property Damage, Property Litigation or Subrogated Recoveries
• Experience handling insurance-related property claims
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
• Confident communicator with the ability to handle complex issues
