Senior Associate – Insurance Disputes (6+ PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced insurance disputes lawyer to join the growing team at this Legal 100 firm in London, handling complex, high-value coverage disputes.

Working with leading insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd’s syndicates and intermediaries  you’ll advise on sophisticated coverage matters, policy interpretation issues, reinsurance disputes and cross-border claims. This is a genuinely senior role offering significant autonomy, direct client contact and the chance to play a key part in the continued growth of the practice.

The Ideal Candidate

• 6+ PQE in insurance disputes
• Strong coverage experience gained at a recognised insurance practice
• Proven track record handling complex, high-value disputes
• Experience acting for insurers and/or reinsurers
• Good understanding of the London Market and Lloyd’s
• Strong client-facing and business development skills

Experience in financial lines, D&O, cyber, property, professional indemnity, reinsurance, political risk, marine or energy insurance will be of particular interest.
