This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly established employment team within a leading litigation-focused practice in Glasgow. The role offers high-quality contentious work, real autonomy and the chance to play an active part in the continued growth of the employment offering, supported closely by partners on complex and strategic matters.
What’s on offer?
The role
You’ll manage a broad caseload of contentious employment law matters, acting for both claimants and respondents. The work includes Employment Tribunal litigation from instruction through to resolution, advocacy at preliminary and substantive hearings, settlement negotiations and advisory matters arising from disciplinary, grievance and dismissal processes. You’ll be trusted to lead files independently while collaborating with partners on more complex or high-value cases.
As your experience develops, there will be scope to take on increased responsibility through mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to client development and wider team initiatives.
