THE ROLE
We have a new vacancy for an Employment Solicitor 3 + PQE to join a successful employment law team
The work will be broad ranging and of excellent quality, covering contentious and non-contentious employment work.
Clients include SMEs, multinational and global corporation, senior executives and employees wanting advice on potential claims and settlement agreement
Contentious work will include managing Tribunal claims, advising on disciplinary matters and grievances, restrictive covenant breaches
You will also be expected to provide non contentious employment law support on contracts, handbooks, and TUPE matters
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid employment law pedigree, ready to make a career move to a new and challenging role offering a significant level of responsibility and client contact
