Employment law Associate/Senior Associate NEW

An internationally established law firm is looking to strengthen its Employment practice across its German offices and is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join its growing team. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and offers the opportunity to work on complex domestic and international employment law matters.

The team advises national and international clients across all areas of individual and collective employment law, supporting employers with day-to-day HR matters as well as complex international projects. Its work includes advising employers in negotiations with works councils on works agreements and operational changes, as well as representing clients before all German labour courts. The practice offers early involvement in client matters, exposure to sophisticated employment law projects and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across an established international network.

Your Profile:

• Relevant professional experience in employment law, with a strong interest in advising employers on individual and collective employment law matters.
• Excellent academic results in both German State Examinations in Law.
• A flexible, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of commitment and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ambition to take the next step in your career.
• A doctorate and/or an LL. would be advantageous, but is not essential.
