• Join a growing and innovative Advocacy Unit, playing a key role in the continued expansion of the firm’s advocacy offering. Work with a prestigious client base spanning the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors, including leading national and international organisations.
• Conduct advocacy in Employment Tribunal proceedings, representing clients at both preliminary and final hearings while delivering strategic and commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of employment law matters.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Barristers with between 2-5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
• You will possess strong Employment Tribunal advocacy experience, excellent technical employment law knowledge, and the ability to deliver outstanding client service.
• You will possess excellent communication and client relationship management skills, strong commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to business development, while also supporting client training programmes and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the firm’s advocacy practice.
