The Team

The Dispute Resolution team handles some of the most sophisticated and high‑profile disputes in the market, including:

• High‑value cross‑border litigation International arbitration across major global institutions Digital assets disputes and emerging technology matters Enforcement and asset recovery Multi‑jurisdictional, strategically sensitive disputes involving parallel proceedings

The team advises a premium client base including corporates, UHNWIs, family offices, financial institutions and sovereign‑linked entities.

The Role

This is a broad and stimulating role offering exposure to cutting‑edge disputes work. The successful candidate will:

• Work on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters Play a key role in cross‑border strategy and case management Collaborate with senior lawyers across multiple offices Contribute to business development initiatives within the region Develop their career within a market‑leading international disputes platform

Candidate Profile

You will be a high‑calibre Associate with:

• 3–6 years PQE gained at a leading international disputes practice Strong experience in commercial litigation and/or international arbitration Training completed at a top‑tier international law firm A demonstrable passion for dispute resolution and complex litigation Regional experience (preferred but not essential) Excellent written, analytical and interpersonal skills Strong organisational ability and the confidence to manage competing priorities A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach The ability to build strong internal and external relationships
