Defendant Clinical Negligence London Associate/Senior A – Remote and office-based £85,000 +
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate looking to progress their career – in a team which has a reputation for being the most balanced with work and home life. They are dedicated lawyers who feel passionately about their work, but prioritise home life – and it works.
If an Associate, you will be guided towards a SA role, and if a SA, you’ll be mentored towards Legal Director in due course. The focus will be on your progression.
You will work within a team which manages a variety of work for defendant clinical negligence clients, including NHS Resolution and insurer / medical malpractice clients. They are award winning, having received major recognition over the last few years – of which they are very proud.
You will run a caseload of clinical negligence files to include drafting reports , interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, instructing experts, instructing counsel, attending Court for Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings, negotiating settlements, holding conferences with Counsel, and preparing for and attending trials and mediations.
