Join an established Corporate team with a strong pipeline of work across Devon and the South West, advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and growth-stage companies.

Key Responsibilities – Corporate & Commercial Law

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Business and share sales and acquisitions
• Corporate restructuring and governance
• Commercial contracts and trading agreements
• Shareholder and investment agreements
• Strategic business advisory work
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Support junior lawyers and contribute to team development
• Help shape the direction of the corporate department

Your Profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
• Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law
• Typically 3+ PQE+ 
• Looking for a long-term platform

Location
Based in Exeter with hybrid working. Suitable for candidates in Devon or those relocating to the South West seeking better work-life balance without sacrificing career progression. This could also be Taunton based
