They are seeking a Corporate Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Corporate team who advise on:

• M&A
• Private equity investments and exits
• Joint ventures
• Equity capital markets
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations

The role will provide the opportunity to work on high-quality mid-market transactions and above, build your own client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and play a key role in the continued growth of the Birmingham team.

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ PQE Corporate Solicitor
• Experience gained within a national or international law firm
• Mid-market M&A experience
• A commercial mindset with an interest in business development
