Corporate Lawyer – Partner/ Partner Designate

A mid sized London law firm with approx. 30 lawyers and an existing corporate commercial law practice is looking to recruit a further corporate lawyer/ partner/ partner designate to join their corporate & commercial legal team.

The Firm & Role

This London law firm (close to the City) provides a mix of business and personal legal services including a range of corporate and commercial legal services, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements & LLPs
• Banking & Finance matters
• Re-organisations and Structuring
• Start-Ups
• Company & Commercial Law advice
• Technology, IP and Commercial Contracts

About You

The firm looks to a hire a Corporate or Corporate Commercial Lawyer with experience of running client matters, ideally with an existing client base and who demonstrates:

• Experience of leading on a range of corporate and commercial law matters 
• Active involvement in networking and business development
• Track record of generating work and developing strong client relationships
