This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a wide range of corporate work. This will include M&A, public listings work and private equity transactions. You will also be involved in advising on corporate restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and limited liability partnership agreements. The client list is impressive and you can expect to work on a range of cutting edge and high profile deals.
What you’ll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer with 2-5 years’ PQE. You will have well rounded technical skills and a commercial approach.
