Conveyancing Solicitor – Bromsgrove
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a role that offers quality work, genuine flexibility and long-term career progression? A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Bromsgrove is looking to strengthen its residential property team with an experienced Solicitor at around 5+ PQE.
You’ll benefit from a 35-hour working week, hybrid working, 25–28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas closure, private healthcare, pension, death in service and a strong focus on work-life balance. There is also the flexibility to work four days a week for the right candidate, alongside clear opportunities for progression within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for a varied residential conveyancing caseload, acting for clients across freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, Right to Buy and lease extensions. There is also the opportunity to work on higher-value and rural/countryside properties, giving you exposure to a broad and interesting range of work.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you’ll play an important role in developing client relationships, contributing to business development and supporting more junior members of the team.
About You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 5+ years’ PQE and have a strong background in residential conveyancing. You’ll have excellent technical knowledge, strong client care skills and the confidence to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in delivering excellent client service and is keen to progress their career within a well-established firm.
