Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) | Sevenoaks

A well-established Kent law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing Conveyancing team in Sevenoaks.

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including property sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will provide practical legal advice while building strong client relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Residential Property
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions
• Client-focused and commercially aware approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Interest in business development and networking
