The Role
Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Estate Agents and Lenders
Ensure files are progressed efficiently and in line with business targets
Support junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the department
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ PQE qualified Solicitor, or equivalent experience
Proven experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
Strong organisational and IT skills, including case management systems
Commercial awareness and ability to meet fee targets
Excellent client care and communication skills
