A new opportunity for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a national, award winner property specialist firm. The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Leasehold and lease extensions 
• High-value and complex property matters

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and modern systems, enabling you to focus on providing top-tier legal advice.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
