What will you do?
Assist Solicitors & Fee Earners with all their conveyancing matters!
Advise a local, national and international client base on all residential conveyancing matters
Deal with new client instructions & footfall into the office
Provide estimates, source of funds and onboarding
Produce & issue contract packs
Complete searches
Post exchange & post completion matters
Prepare completion statements
Obtain mortgage funds
Handle registrations and SDLT returns
Have client contact at all stages of transactions
Become a very valued member of the firm and team
What do you need?
To have at least 1 year residential conveyancing experience
To have at least 1 year experience working in a law firm
To already be a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
