An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or experienced Conveyancing Executive to join a well-established and highly respected law firm with a reputation for employee retention and work-life balance.
This is a replacement position within a stable and supportive team, offering a genuinely manageable caseload with no expectation of high-volume conveyancing or aggressive billing targets.
The Role:You will be responsible for handling a specialist Residential Conveyancing caseload involving properties that have been acquired through repossession and are being sold on. The work includes a mix of:
Unlike many traditional conveyancing roles, you will only manage a specific stage of the transaction, allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality service rather than juggling files from instruction through to completion. The workload is equivalent to approximately 40–50 live matters, making this one of the most manageable conveyancing caseloads available.
