Remote Conveyancer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded conveyancing team in a fully remote position. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer looking to manage their own caseload while enjoying genuine flexibility and the support of a collaborative, forward-thinking firm. Home working can be accommodated for the right seniority level.
You will take responsibility for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other property transactions. Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, you will ensure transactions progress smoothly while delivering a high standard of client care throughout.
You will have proven experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and UK property law. You will be confident reviewing titles, contracts, searches and supporting documentation, drafting and checking legal documents and overseeing matters through exchange, completion and post-completion. Strong communication, organisational and client care skills are essential, while experience using Land Registry systems and conveyancing software will be highly advantageous.
