Our client is seeking an ambitious Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Wealth Disputes team in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to handle a high-quality caseload of complex inheritance and trust disputes while benefiting from genuine career progression, hybrid working and a supportive team environment.
This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to specialise further in contentious probate, inheritance disputes, trust litigation and will disputes, working alongside recognised experts on behalf of high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, charities and trustees.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters including:
You will have regular client contact, represent clients throughout the litigation process and play an active role in developing long-term client relationships.
