Contentious Construction Lawyer (4+ years’)

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Contentious Construction Lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE to join a top-ranked Construction Disputes team.

Based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Aberdeen, this position involves:

• Managing complex construction and engineering disputes for clients in the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors
• Providing strategic advisory services throughout project stages, from setup to dispute resolution
  Working with a collaborative team to deliver client centred legal solutions

You will have: 

• A strong academic background 
• Demonstrated technical skills in construction or engineering dispute resolution
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective client interactions
• A proactive, client-focused approach to handling high-stakes disputes
• An interest in infrastructure, energy and related sectors
• Legal qualifications in Scotland and/or England & Wales
