Directories-listed Commercial Property team in Bristol is seeking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate lawyer of 0 to 2 years’ PQE. The team provides a full spectrum of Commercial Property services to a diverse client base including major institutional investors, developers, lenders, local authorities and private clients. They work with leading organisations across key sectors such as Investment, Real Estate Finance, Healthcare, Housebuilding and Development, Energy and Infrastructure, and Commercial Development. You will work alongside senior members of the team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment that delivers high-quality advice on complex transactional property matters. You will work on:
• acquisitions and disposals;
• corporate support;
• real estate finance;
• property and asset management;
• landlord and tenant matters.
Clients will include landlords, tenants, corporates, lenders, charities and investors, with a significant focus on healthcare providers and services which will provide an opportunity to work with the wider multi-disciplinary healthcare client service team on a cross-office basis. You will play an active role in business development from an early stage and this will include attending internal and external networking events, attending and contributing at conferences, seminars and webinars, building client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
