Commercial Real Estate Lawyer – 7+PQE | Suffolk / Hybrid

The Opportunity:

A top 200 UK law firm with an ambitious, collaborative culture that drives the business and truly values their people, are seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Real Estate lawyer to join their team.

About You:

You will bring a high level of legal expertise alongside commercial insight and analytical judgement, ensuring advice is both technically sound and aligned with clients’ commercial objectives. Requirements for this role include:

• Qualified Solicitor with 7 years’+ PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm
• Strong academic background
• Well-developed knowledge in all areas of commercial real estate law
• High attention to detail to produce work/ documentation of a consistently high standard
• A flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are always met and clients are communicated with on a consistent and regular basis.
• Interest in and aptitude for business development, including a sector based approach
• A potential client base or established network (together with a drive to explore those opportunities)
• A good understanding of the latest developments in technology and AI in the legal market and an aptitude for harnessing that potential
