What will you do? 

• Advise on all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases, leases 
• Build relationships with existing and new clients 
• Clients will be both public and private businesses. National and regional… to include banks, developers, and landowner clients 

What will you need?

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 year’s PQE  
• Commercial property experience 
• Any experience of managing or mentoring other more junior colleagues would be an advantage, but not essential
