A well-established, Lexcel-accredited law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) to join its expanding team in Eastbourne, with flexible hybrid working available.
The role involves advising landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, lease renewals, new leases, lease extensions and Landlord and Tenant Act matters. The successful candidate will handle transactions independently while delivering high-quality client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills, alongside strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. A proactive approach and enthusiasm for business development are essential.
