Senior Commercial Property Lawyer Opportunity

An established and forward-thinking law firm in Chippenham is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive at Senior Associate level.

Described by the firm’s Commercial Property Partner as “finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow”, this is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Lawyer looking for genuine autonomy, career progression and the chance to play an influential role within a successful property team.

This position would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor, Real Estate Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 6 years’ PQE who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of Commercial Property and Real Estate matters, acting for a varied client base and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice.

Your work will include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and lease renewals
• Property development and investment work
• General real estate transactions

Alongside managing your own caseload, you will supervise and support junior lawyers within the team, helping to develop their technical knowledge and professional skills.

You will also have the opportunity to meet clients, build relationships and contribute to the team’s business development strategy. A following is not required.

About You

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with:

• A minimum of 6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate law
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions and legislation
• Experience managing complex property matters independently
• The ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Strong client relationship and business development skills

This role would suit an ambitious Senior Associate or experienced Commercial Property Lawyer seeking a clear route to further progression.
