My client is a highly respected East Midlands based Legal 500 firm that is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with somewhere in excess of 3 or 4 years’ PQE.
The team has a great reputation for, not only being particularly good at advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate work, but also for being a supporting and collaborative group that have a shared aim for achieving great client outcomes.
Working as a member of a Partner led Commercial Property team, you will manage your own caseload of commercial transactional work, development projects and L&T matters. The expectation is that you will be self-starter and have the necessary experience to independently manage your work, however the team and the wider firm, do genuinely buy into a collective ethos of providing support, training and continuous professional development.
