The role

You’ll be joining a well-established and growing Commercial Property team handling a strong pipeline of work from long-standing commercial clients, developers, charities and corporate organisations.

This is a senior appointment with visibility, autonomy and the space to build something.

The work

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions & disposals
• Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
• Development and strategic land transactions
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development documentation
• Advising commercial clients across multiple sectors
• Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

What the firm is looking for

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 6+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Confident running matters independently
• Commercially minded and solution-driven
• Someone who wants quality work, not conveyor-belt files
