International offshore law firm in Jersey is seeking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Barrister of 0 to 3 years’ PQE/Call. The team advised clients in some of the most significant offshore disputes, which invariably span multiple jurisdictions, winning keynote victories for their clients and often helping shape the law. They have also advised on some of the largest and most complex cross-border restructurings and insolvencies of recent times. The successful candidate will be an effective, collaborative team player, who can be flexible in order to meet adjusting deadlines. You will work with, and support, more senior team members on a range of cross-border litigation and insolvency matters, including:
• fraud investigations;
• asset tracing;
• shareholder and corporate disputes;
• contentious trust and probate matters;
• restructuring and contentious regulatory advisory matters.
The successful candidate will also assist the Partners with the networking and business development activities of the department.
