Commercial Litigation Solicitor
An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate (2-6 PQE) to join one of the North West’s leading independent law firms.
The firm’s Commercial Litigation team is Top Tier ranked by Legal 500 and has a strong reputation for handling high-quality, complex disputes for an impressive SME and OMB client base. The team acts on a broad range of commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence, insolvency litigation, IP and IT disputes, injunctions and commercial agency claims.
This is a role offering genuine variety and responsibility, with the successful candidate working closely with experienced partners and senior Lawyers whilst also having the opportunity to run their own matters under supervision.
About you
The firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE and ideally up to around 6 PQE, coming from a leading regional or national practice.
You should have solid experience across commercial litigation and be comfortable assisting senior litigators, dealing directly with clients and taking responsibility for your own matters.
