Role. Opportunity to join one of the Cayman Islands’ leading disputes practices and advise on some of the most significant cross-border commercial, financial services, insolvency, and trust disputes in the offshore market. This is complex and high-value work for a demanding international client base, so technical excellence and strong client communication skills are essential. You will also be encouraged to play an active role in business development.
Firm. Major offshore law firm with strong Cayman presence and a global reach.
Level. Associate – this role is expected to suit someone with around 5-7 years’ PQE.
Requirements. Barrister or Solicitor, admitted in Cayman, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or Hong Kong. Non-Caymanians will need a minimum of 5 years’ PQE (by start date) for work permit reasons. High-level experience of major commercial, insolvency, and/or trust litigation is essential.
