An award-winning, top-tier Clinical Negligence Department ranked in the Top Tier for the West Midlands by The Legal 500 is seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor NQ upwards to join its highly respected team – being the sole Clinical Negligence Solicitor withing this office.

The department is recognised for its efficient, pragmatic approach and for providing a truly personal service across a range of complex and sensitive claims, including birth injury, brain injury and fatal cases.

The role

The role offers exposure to high-quality, complex and varied caseloads, including work on Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust Maternity cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims
• Work closely with Senior Solicitors and experts on complex, high-value cases
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to the team’s ongoing development and reputation for excellence

About You

• At least 5 years PQE with the ability to work in an office independently but with support from the wider team across other offices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client care
• A proactive, collaborative and empathetic approach to case handling
