Childcare Lawyer | Cambridgeshire / hybrid | up to £58,168 per annum

An experienced Childcare Lawyer to join a multi-accredited practice on a full time hybrid basis.  This is a highly regarded, award-winning public sector law firm – one of the first of its kind in the UK – serving over 100 organisations across the public sector, including local authorities, clinical commissioning groups, charities, and more. The firm is forward-thinking and committed to the highest standards of management and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care proceedings
• Adoption
• Legal Aid applications
• Applications for secure accommodation
• Public law outline matters (PLO)
• Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
• Attending court to conduct advocacy
• Revoking placement orders

About You:

• Experience in childcare law is essential for this role
• Shows a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• IT Proficient
• Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary and Benefits:

• Salaries range depending on PQE but up to £58,618 pa
