The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Immigration Solicitor (2-8 years’ to join a highly regarded team advising a broad range of UK and international businesses based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. 

The Role

Working alongside recognised specialists, you’ll advise on the full spectrum of business immigration matters, including:

• Sponsor licence applications and compliance
• Skilled Worker and business visas
• Global mobility and international assignments
• Corporate transaction support
• Right to work compliance and audits
• Employment-related immigration advice

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, client training and cross-border projects.

About You

• 2-8 years’ PQE in business immigration
• Experience advising employers on UK immigration matters
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded
