Our client is the Luxembourg office of a prominent international law firm. They are seeking to build out their highly rated Banking and Finance practice by adding a talented mid/senior-level associate to their team.
The team handles a broad range of cross-border transactional matters, including:
Candidates should ideally be resident and licensed to practice in Luxembourg, with training and experience gained from a recognised transactional practice in the market. But strong EU-qualified Banking & Finance lawyers seeking to relocate to Luxembourg are also encouraged to apply.
You will demonstrate a solid track record of deal-management leadership throughout the transaction lifecycle, including managing, supervising, and training junior-level associates. An interest in business development is also welcome.
