This is a broad banking and finance role, with exposure to a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. The team’s work includes general corporate and project finance, leveraged finance, and real estate finance. You will act for both lenders and borrowers, including major banks, investment funds, investors, and corporates.
We would be keen to hear from lawyers with ideally between one and four years’ PQE. You should have a good, stable career history with rated finance team(s) in an international, London, or leading national firm.
The firm pays a City salary, together with a full benefits package.
