I’m looking for an experienced Children Law Locum for a locum opportunity based in Lincoln.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified legal professional with strong experience in private children matters, domestic abuse and advocacy to support a busy Children Department.
The Role
Advising and representing clients in private children law matters and domestic abuse cases.
Conducting advocacy both in and out of court.
Managing files and maintaining accurate case records.
Supporting other members of the Children Department as required.
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and other legal professionals.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified and experienced in Children Law.
Previous experience working within a Children or Family Law Department.
Strong advocacy, communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of Legal Aid regulations and procedures.
Resolution accreditation and/or Children Panel membership is essential to the brief.
Experience using Proclaim would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
Full UK driving licence.
