Private Client Solicitor – 1–2 Years PQE Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

An established and expanding law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its well-regarded Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, or someone with up to two years’ post-qualification experience, to develop their career within a respected regional practice. You will handle a broad and interesting range of private client matters, working with a diverse client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, families and clients with business interests.

Candidates with private client experience are preferred, although this is not essential for the right newly qualified solicitor with the motivation and aptitude to develop within the department.

The Role You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, which will include:
 

• Trust administration.
   
• Tax planning advice.
   
• Probate and estate administration.
   
• Inheritance Tax returns.
   
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
   
• Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.
   

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families and those with business interests, helping them manage their affairs and plan for the future.

Requirements To be considered for this Private Client Solicitor position, you should have:
 

• Qualified Solicitor status, with 1-2 years’ PQE.
   
• Private client experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
   
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
   
• The ability to manage matters confidently and professionally.
   
• A proactive approach to learning and developing technical expertise.
   
• A strong team-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
