This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value and complex corporate transactions for an impressive client base, including entrepreneurial start-ups, high-growth businesses, owner-managed companies, investors and established corporates.
The team is involved in a wide variety of matters, including:
You’ll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while gaining substantial client exposure from day one. The role offers the chance to take ownership of matters, develop strong client relationships and play an active role in business development initiatives.
