One of the most respected law firms in the UK are looking for a highly capable and educated Corporate/Commercial Paralegal to join their London office. The role will involve supporting the team with M&A transactions, company formations, commercial contracts, and preparing legal documents and reports.
Our client is specifically looking for candidfates with a breadth of corp/commercial experience, good academics and some ‘character’.

*It is essential that applicants have either successfully completed the LPC or at least have completed SQE1 (see above). You will not be considered without this requirement.
