Looking to develop your career within a busy commercial property team in the Highlands? This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established Inverness practice advising businesses, landlords, tenants and entrepreneurs on a broad range of commercial property and business transactions.

You’ll work closely with clients across a variety of sectors, helping them navigate acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters while building long-term relationships within the local business community.

The role

• Handle commercial property sales and acquisitions
• Advise landlords and tenants on commercial leases
• Assist with the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets
• Draft and negotiate property and transactional documentation
• Liaise with accountants, lenders and other professional advisers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

About you

• 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Experience managing transactional property matters
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Organised and able to manage a varied workload
• Client-focused and commercially aware
